Warm up:

200 m Run or 1 minute High Knees

Lunge Twists

No April Fool's joke today because we have all been through quite enough.

Main Workout:

(EHOH) Pronounced: eeeeeeeeehoe

Every hour on the hour, for 5 hours, complete the following:

3 Mile Run

50 Burpees

50 Medicine Ball Squats

50 Pullups

50 V-ups

50 KB Swings

Whatever time is remaining in the hour is your recovery. At the top of the hour, begin again. If at any point you can no longer complete reps within the hour, take the next hour off, cut your reps in half, and jump back in until the end of the workout.
