8-10 Weighted V-ups (down and back = 1) AHAP 12-15 Weighted Wipers (Right+Left=1) 15/20 20 Situps Rest 2-3 Minutes

8-10 Weighted Pullups AHAP 12-15 BB Bent Row AHAP (Palms facing towards you) 20 Aussie Pullups Rest 3-5 Minutes
