Every 3 minutes complete as many of the following exercises as you can: 200 m sprint 20 V-ups 20 Squats 20 Superman Back Extensions Rest 1 minute Complete 5 Rounds of 3 minutes of exercise followed by 1 minute rest *If needed, drop the number of reps to 10 or 15 *If you complete all the reps and still have time left before the 1 minute recovery, adjust reps to 22-25 for each exercise
