Version 1: Newbies Complete a 200 m Run/Row followed by 2 reps of: Jumping Pullups BB Thrusters 15/25 KB Swings 8/15 Burpees

Each Round Start with a 200m Run/Row then add 2 reps on to each exercise. Continue for 20 minutes. ____________________

Version 2: Rookies Complete a 200 m Run/Row followed by 5 reps of: Jumping Pullups BB Thrusters 25/45 KB Swings 15/25 Burpees

Each Round Start with a 200m Run/Row then add 5 reps on to each exercise. Continue for 20 minutes. ____________________

Version 3: Vets Complete a 200 m Run/Row followed by 5 reps of: Pullups BB Thrusters 45/65 KB Swings 25/35 Burpees

Each Round Start with a 200m Run/Row then add 5 reps on to each exercise. Continue for 30 minutes.
