5 X 5 X 5 X 5 X 5 AHAP Back Squats (As Heavy as Safely Possible)

Cool Down:

50 Straight Leg Situps

3 Sets 30 Seconds each lower back and piriformis stretches

*Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

*Find AHAP before beginning your 5 sets of 5 reps
