30 Glute Bridges

Rest 1 minute

Complete 3-4 warm up sets of 5 Power Cleans to find your AHAP (As Heavy As Safely Possible)

Main Set*:

5 X 5 X 3 X 3 X 3 AHAP Power Cleans

Rest as needed between sets, 3-5 minutes

*If you've been apart of Community Fit less than one month, please don't attempt AHAP. Focus on safety, form, and efficiency. Complete the reps with lighter weight.
