AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Safely Possible) in 25 Minutes:* 100 Single Jump ropes or 50 DUs

10 Bicycle Crunches (R+L=1)

10 Press Jacks 15/20 each

10 DB Biceps Curls 15/20 each

10 Lateral Raises 10/15 each

10 Triceps Bench Dips



*Less than 1 Month with Community Fit, please complete 1/2 reps with 1/2 weight for 10 minutes

Less than 3 Months, please scale weight back and complete 15-20 minutes


Cool Down:

Resistance Band Chest and Shoulder Stretches & Triceps Stretch

Calf Stretches

Lunge Twists
