Warm-up:

5 Minutes of whatever you feel like as long as it involves getting your heart rate higher than it was before you got out of bed.


Main Set:

Whatever you feel like as long as it makes you sweat and involves something you hate to do but makes you feel better about yourself when you are done.


Then,

Several attempts of something you saw from instagram that looked really cool, requires gymnastics experience, but more than likely changes your body instantly.


Cool Down:

Sweat Angels on the floor


Extra Credit:

Belated Birthday Burpees for Tim! He is a LOT older than I am so definitely more than 43. (Unless we are going off maturity....then 14 Burpees).
