Formally known as "Burp-o-rama" the most dreaded workout EVER. And also the most fitting workout for today. I might do it twice....
Warm Up 2 Rounds of:
25 Jumping Jacks
10 Lateral Leg Swings L & R
10 Front to Back Leg Swings L & R Then complete one of the following options-
Option 1> 3 Months
EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute), for 20 Minutes 10 Burpees
Option 2< 3 Months EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute), for 20 Minutes 8-10 Burpees
Option 3< 1 Month EMOM for 15 Minutes 5 Burpees
Post # of burpees completed per minute to comments.
Whatever time is remaining in the minute, after completing the burpees, is recovery. If the burpees aren't completed within the minute, take the next minute off and begin again but with 1/2 the number of reps.
Scale the # of burpees per minute based on how long you have been completing consistent workouts, injury, or other needs. (This doesn't apply if you hate burpees)
1 Pushup + 2 Squats = 1 Burpee
Burpees modifications include, 1 pushup on a bench or chair or low bar plus 2 squats, also reverse burpees.
