Minute 7: 25 Squat Jumps

Minute 8: 20 Squat Jumps

Minute 9: 15 Squat Jumps

Minute 10: 10 Squat Jumps

EMOM for 10 Minutes complete

5 Pullups

5 Pushups


Cool Down:

Scorpion stretch

Low back and piriformis stretch

QL stretch
