Warm up 2 Rounds: 200 m Row 10 Pullups
Every Minute On the Minute complete the number of reps. Whatever time is remaining in the minute is your recovery. If at any point you can no longer complete the number of reps, within the minute, take the next complete minute off, half the reps, and keep going!
*Newbies please complete only 2 burpees and 5 squats for 10 minutes
