8-10 Triceps Ext 15/20

Rest 2 minutes between each section

10-12 High Weighted Situps 15/20

10-12 Russian Twists 15/20 (R+L=1)

Down Dog

Resistance Band Chest/Shoulder Stretches

1/2 reps and 1/2 weight

Less than 3 months at Community Fit
