EMOM for 5 Minutes: 25 KB Swings 25/35 25 Squats
EMOM for 5 Minutes: 25 Glute/Hamstring Bridges 25 Situps
EMOM for 5 Minutes: 20 V-ups 6" Leg Hold
Complete one 5 minute couplet before beginning another.
Complete the number of reps required and finish the minute with the second movement. For example, 30 second plank followed by mountain climbers for the remaining time. Then immediately back into a plank hold for the next minute.
Rest 2 Minutes between each couplet.
Less than 1 month with us, please complete only 2-3 minutes of each.
