10 Inchworms

Down Dog to Runner's Lunge & Twists

Arm Circles


Option 1 > 1 Month:

Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed, immediately, by 10 seconds of rest for each of the following:

Lunge Switches (or Step Back Lunges)

Burpees

Situps

Pushups


Complete all 8 rounds of one exercise before beginning another. Rest 1 minute between exercises.

Option 1 < 1 Month:

Complete 8 rounds of 10 seconds of work followed, immediately, by 20 seconds of rest for each of the following:

Lunge Switches (or Step Back Lunges)

Burpees

Situps

Pushups


Cool Down:

Chest/Shoulder Stretches

Lower Back/Piriformis Stretches

QL Stretch

Pigeon Stretch
