KB Turkish Get-up Progression

5 Reps @ each step

-Floor to Elbow

-Elbow to Hand

-Hip Lift

-Samson to Lunge

-Step Back Lunge


Complete 4-5 rounds* (Right side + Left side= 1 Round)

Begin with RIGHT ARM

10 KB Single Arm KB Swings 25/35

10 KB Side Swings 25/35

10 KB Curls 25/35

10 KB Bent Row 25/35

10 KB Thrusters 25/35

10 KB Triceps Ext 25/35 (both hands)

Repeat with the LEFT ARM.


*< 3 Months

3-4 Rounds with 15/25 KB

< 1 Month

3-4 Rounds of 5 reps of everything, with 10/15 DB or KB
