Equipment Rental
Tomorrow at The Community Fit 9-10 am. Limited to current members and to a maximum of 3 items per person. Available equipment: Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Ab Mats, and Jump ropes. We also have a few resistance bands available. $100 Refundable deposit required. Your money will be returned to you when you return the equipment within 24 hours of our re-opening. No other fees. Knee Grab to Single Leg Deadlift
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of all out effort followed, immediately, by 10 seconds of rest for each of the following exercises*. Complete all rounds of one exercise before beginning another. Rest 1 minute between each exercise.

*Less than 1 month with Community Fit? Please complete 6-8 rounds of 10 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest and decrease the weight used to 10/15 each.
