Memorial Weekend Workout

Why Murph on Memorial Day?

Every last Monday in May we honor those, in the Armed Forces, who have given their lives in service to our Country. Lt. Michael P. Murphy's memory and sacrifice has, symbolically, become a way of honoring all our fallen heroes.

I love the idea of so many different kinds of gyms, across the U.S. completing this workout on the same weekend every year. It's a big deal, a rough workout, and it's not for everyone. However, done safely, everyone can participate and unite in this demonstration.

We've created ways that allow for varied degrees of fitness and exercise experience to participate. And we look forward to celebrating with you!
