Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed immediately by 10 seconds of rest, for each of the following:
Pushups
Situps
Aussie Pullups
Squats
OH DB Presses 15/20
Lunge Switches
*Rest 1 minute between each exercise
*Complete all 8 rounds of 1 exercise before beginning another
*Navigate from 1 exercise to another in any order you wish
*Newbies complete 4 rounds of each exercise and rest when needed
*Keep track of total number of reps per exercise and post to comments
