Warm-up 2 Rounds:

:30 Second Plank Hold

20 Plank Twist Taps (R+L=1)

Rest 1 minute

Then- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed immediately by 10 seconds rest for each of the following: Ski Squat with Band Rows M/H Pushups Jump Squats Situps

Complete all 8 rounds of one exercise before beginning another Rest 1 minute between each exercise.

Less than 1 month with Community Fit? Please complete the workout with 10 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest.

Cool Down: Child's Pose

Scorpion Stretch

QL Stretch

Pigeon Stretch
