Down Dog to Runner's Lunge & Twists


As a team of two, complete total reps for each exercise. While one person runs/rows 200 m, the other person performs reps. When the runner returns, the partners switch places, and reps continue until the team completes all the reps of one exercise.

Option 1 > 3 Months: As a Team complete

150-200 Burpees

150-200 Alt Leg V-ups (R+L=2)


Option 2 < 3 Months: As a Team complete

100-125 Burpees

100-125 Alt Leg V-Ups (R+L=2)


Option 3 < 1 Month: As a Team complete

40-50 Burpees

40-50 Alt Leg V-Ups (R+L=2)


IF you need to do this workout solo...

Complete the following

Option 1:

75-100 Burpees

75-100 Alt Leg V-Ups (R+L=2)

1 Mile Run


Option 2:

50 Burpees

50 Alt Leg V-Ups (R+L=2)

800 m Run


Option 3:

15-20 Burpees

15-20 Alt Leg V-Ups (R+L=2)

400 m Run


Cool Down:

Child's Pose

Low Back & Piri Stretch

QL Stretch

Pigeon Stretch

Scorpion or Doorway Stretch

*NOT FOR TIME, however, there is a 30-minute cutoff *Teams may partition reps however they choose

*Teams may go in any order they choose *If more than two people then they complete the run/row together.
