10 m Bear Crawl Forward

10 m Bear Crawl Backwards

Shoulder/Chest Stretches

10 Lunge Twists (R+L=2)


Then Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, followed immediately by 10 seconds of rest, for each of the following exercises.

Rowing

KB Swings 25/35

Jump Squats

Burpees


Rest 1 minute between exercises. Complete all rounds of one exercise before moving onto the next. Exercises may be completed in any order.


Less than 1 Month - Please complete Tabatas as 10 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest


Cool Down:

3 Sets, 30 seconds each of piriformis and lower back stretches R & L
