Warm up 2 Rounds:
Resistance Band Chest and Shoulder Stretch
Then, Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed immediately by 10 seconds of rest for each of the following exercises:
Alt Leg V-ups (R+L=1)
Complete all 8 rounds of one exercise before moving onto the next. Rest 1 minute between each exercise.
*Newbies take breaks when needed. 10 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest.
