Warm-up:

Alternating Arm and Leg Raises

20 KB Swings 25/35

20 Squats

Lunge Twists

Leg Swings (Front to Back & Laterally)

Then perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of all out work followed, immediately, by 10 seconds of rest for each of the following exercises*-

Jump Squats

Rowing or KB Swings @Home

Situps

Mountain Climbers

Complete all 8 rounds of one exercise before moving onto the next. Exercises may be completed in any order. Rest 1 minute between each exercise.

*If you have been doing workouts with us less than 3 months:

Complete 8 rounds of 10 seconds all out work followed, immediately, by 20 seconds of rest. Please take breaks when you need to and remember that we all need to progress safely so that we keep moving forward!

Low Back & Piriformis Stretches

QL Stretch

Pigeon Stretch
