Option 2 < 3 Months: 10-11-12-13-14-15 reps per round of:

Back Squats 45/65 Box Jumps Pullups

Option 1 > 1 Month: 5-6-7-8-9-10 reps per round of:

Back Squats 25/45 Box Jumps Pullups
