Warm up easy with 5 minutes of your choice of one: 400 m row, 400m run, 400 single jump ropes and Resistance Band Chest and Shoulder Stretches

Then complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed immediately by 10 seconds rest for each of the following:

Pullups/Jumping Pullups Pushups Thrusters DB 10/15 each KB Swings

Rest 1 minute between each exercise Complete all 8 rounds of one exercise before moving onto the next Keep Track of Total Reps
