Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed immediately by 10 seconds rest, for each of the following:

Triceps DB OH Extensions 15/20 V-ups Glute/Hamstring Bridges Superman Back Extensions

Complete all 8 rounds of 1 exercise before beginning another exercise. Rest 1 minute between each exercise.
