5 Each Side Walking Lunge Twists
3-5 Yoga Worms
Leg Swings (Front to Back & Side to Side)
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed immediately by 10 seconds rest, for each of the following:
Triceps DB OH Extensions 15/20
V-ups
Complete all 8 rounds of 1 exercise before beginning another exercise.
Rest 1 minute between each exercise.
> 1 Month
Complete 10 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest. Lower the weight for Triceps Ext to 8/10
Cool Down:
Lower Back & Piriformis Stretches
